a bit about me + what I do

Creating a safe + brave space for lgbtq+ folks to receive touch + learn to move their bodies for joy and wellbeing.

My practice scopes massage, yoga, and movement - and is largely informed by my growing understanding (obsession) of the nervous system. I follow a trauma-informed, a consent-led approach, and a belief that rest is a form of resistance.

My massage treatments are personalised to help remove barriers of care when possible and empower the receiver to take up space.

I'm an ASMR lover, and use touch and sound-based ASMR play for grounding and sensory comfort. My clients find this approach friendly and approachable where body-centric spaces they enter often feel over-medicalised and depersonalised. ASMR is weird and playful, making sessions feel easier when the weight carried is often heavy.

My work centres the trans and queer community, but welcomes anyone seeking slower, gentler ways of being in their body. It’s a quiet rebellion, and an invitation to come home to yourself.
